There are many reasons it could be difficult to find motivation to maintain our physical health. Listed below may be some reason many people may find it difficult.

Ways to stay Physically active
These are creative ways to stay disciplined and combat the lack of motivation

Start Small
When starting your physical activity, maybe start with 10 minutes and work your way up.

Reward Yourself
Don't forget to give yourself a reward as you reach your goals. The goals can be anything of your choosing, from a pedicure to a new pair of shoes

Keep It Entertaining
Do something you love. It could be tennis, bowling, biking, anything that keeps you moving and as long as you enjoy it. You are doing amazing.

Keep A Diary
Document your journey. Keep track of the way you feel. Any little improvements are a step forward.

Support System
Find someone who will support your journey. A group may be beneficial as well. Motivate each other and enjoy the process

Achievable goals
Set goals that are obtainable and achievable
